Hi – I’m Flora Wichers. I provide Workspace and Industrial-Organizational consulting to small business owners.

After receiving my Psychology degree and conducting research at four laboratories, I founded Expansive Learning, where I have been providing tutoring services for ten years. Initially focused on psychology, I have since expanded to tutoring business, research methods, statistics, social work, sociology, English, political science, public health, and more. As I helped with these courses, I found that many of my students struggled with technology for various reasons, ranging from lack of exposure to disability. In addition to coursework, it became common for me to provide assistance with computer softwares and applications.

One of the most common areas where I provided help was with Google’s productivity tools, including Drive, Docs, and other collaborative applications. Several of my students went on to graduate and form successful businesses, where they asked me to continue providing technological support. In particular, I found that many struggled with Google Workspace; this inspired me to begin offering Workspace support.

Since starting Wichers’ Workspace, I have worked with small business owners to organize and simplify their Workspace experience. Additionally, my knowledge of Industrial-Organizational psychology allows me to go beyond workspace support into helping organizations understand patterns, analyze data, and make intentional decisions.
